Why Magnesium Deodorant Is So Effective!

Magnificent Power of Magnesium!

Though many different over-the-counter products claim to have found the key to keeping body odor at bay, recent studies have shown that the real key to stopping body odor starts with an incredibly natural ingredient...

MAGNESIUM

Dermatologists, researchers, and skincare aficionados have been singing the praises of this elemental secret ingredient for years, and it's no wonder why.

That's because magnesium keeps your heart beating and your muscles contracting, and is an essential element to healthy bodily function - not to mention it also keeps body odor at bay. (1)

In this blog we talk about the role MAGNESIUM plays in skincare, and why magnesium deodorant is so effective!

MAGNESIUM AND SKINCARE

Though it's a chemical element found in the earth's crust, magnesium is unlike the other metals and gasses you learned about on the periodic table in science class. (2)

That's because magnesium is an essential element for human function and ability. In fact, over 300 biochemical reactions in the body require magnesium for optimal function. (3)

Men and women are even advised on their daily magnesium intake, with men being recommended 400-420 milligrams daily, and women being recommended 310-320 milligrams daily. As always, consult a health care professional if you have any questions about your health. (4)

FUN FACT: 80 percent of Americans have a magnesium deficiency. Roll on the magnesium and good health today with our 100% ALL-NATURAL MAGNESIUM DEODORANTS! (5)

Without the additional magnesium a deodorant provides, many people can suffer from what's known as hypomagnesemia - a potentially hazardous condition. (6)

Tremors, seizures, lethargy, and arrhythmias are all common among those suffering from a magnesium deficiency. And that's on top of the slowdown in function your body suffers without the natural skincare ingredient. (7)

This is all great, but unfortunately magnesium supplements are not recommended, despite the incredible importance of magnesium for protein and energy synthesis. (3)

So how do you get the benefits of magnesium without having to pop a pill?

MAGNESIUM DEODORANT

For many years, people have said that 60% of what we apply to our skin enters our bodies. Some even say that number is closer to 70%.

Applying magnesium deodorant gives you all of the necessary benefits of magnesium, without all the side effects of dangerous supplements! (8)

So now that we know the importance of magnesium, let's talk about some of the benefits of MAGNESIUM DEODORANT.

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY

Magnesium is not just essential for bone and heart health. It's also anti-inflammatory, which makes it great as a deodorant. (9)

This is because many people experience inflammation under their arms as a result of bacterial or viral infections, which magnesium deodorant instantly remedies. (10)

Natural inflammation as a result of the creases and folds of the armpit is also common. This inflammation - also known as intertrigo - can lead to pain and burning, and can linger for days on end. (11)

FUN FACT: Magnesium is also great at remedying chronic inflammation. Apply 100% ALL-NATURAL MAGNESIUM DEODORANT, and feel the relief today! (12)

Without getting too scientific, magnesium has been proven to block the buildup of calcium in the body, which is one of the leading causes of inflammation in the body when excessively stored. (13)

Magnesium remedies this problem, but unfortunately it can be difficult to absorb enough to do this from your diet alone. Applying it in the form of ALL-NATURAL DEODORANT gives you the anti-inflammatory boost you need! (14)

And the fact that magnesium helps those suffering with body odor as a result of excessive sweating is only an added bonus! (15)

KILLS BACTERIA

Bacteria is all over our body, but our underarms feature a specific kind of bacteria that can lead to body odor.

Staphylococcus hominis is a bacteria that's only found under your arms, and thrives around your apocrine glands, the glands under your arms. (16)

There are also special molecules under your arms that are odorless, but work with the microbiota there. And once they do, they break apart in the bacteria there. (17)

Translation: Bacteria = Body Odor

FUN FACT: Stress causes the apocrine glands under your arms to produce more sweat. Relax with the soothing smell of LAVENDER and our 100% ALL-NATURAL LAVENDER MAGNESIUM DEODORANT today! (18)

So we get it. Bacteria causes your underarms to stink. But thankfully, there's a solution to this painful problem.

Magnesium is antibacterial, working effectively to remedy bacteria adherence and the creation of complex groupings of bacteria called biofilm. (19)

Magnesium is also proven to attack a variety of yeasts, pathogenic bacteria, and other microorganisms, making it a potential solution for a variety of ailments scientists are just beginning to crack the surface of. (20)

And the best part about magnesium's effect against bacteria is that it actually withstands bacterial attacks, meaning that applying ALL-NATURAL MAGNESIUM DEODORANT also means better protection against harmful and smelly bacteria! (21)

BALANCES PH

The skin under your arms is complicated. Not only is it almost always wet, it also doesn't get a lot of air, especially in the winter. This translates to skin with a pH that's almost always out of whack, which directly leads to body odor. (22)

Whereas most of your skin has a pH balance of 5.5, the pH of the skin under your arms is 6.5. Unfortunately, this low acidity level leads to body odor and skin irritation. (23)

And considering your skin's pH SHOULD be at 5, the pH of your armpits means your skin is less protected, leaving you vulnerable to stressors like pathogens and environmental pollutants. (24)

FUN FACT: In addition to being an effective ALL-NATURAL DEODORANT, magnesium also prevents wrinkles, reactions, and premature aging! (25)

Thankfully, restoring the pH of your armpits is possible. And it all starts with MAGNESIUM. (26)

Without getting too technical, the balance of your body's pH is achieved because of magnesium's alkalinization with citrates. This provides your body with the more neutral balance it needs. (27)

And as magnesium gets to work on your pH, it also hydrates your skin and facilitates your skin barrier's repair and regeneration. (28)

Unfortunately, magnesium in over-the-counter products is usually coupled with dangerous chemicals like triclosan, phthalates, and parabens, all of which pose short and long term health problems and environmental risks.

So where can you find ALL-NATURAL MAGNESIUM that will provide you with the health benefits you want, without all the risk?

Is the Magnesium deodorant safe for someone who has had a kidney transplant? I’ve been looking for a safe deodorant.

Garner’s Garden replied:
Hi Lisa! Based on our listed ingredients of our unscented magnesium deodorant (kaolin, arrowroot, tapioca flour, magnesium hydroxide, coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa seed butter, and beeswax), we don’t think that this should have or cause any further implications to your body. To be on the safe side, we recommend sending the list of ingredients to your doctor, because we cannot give medical advice. Thanks so much for your comment!
