  2. Lost in the mail and returned
  3. Returned to sender for whatever reason (but never delivered to recipient)  

None of the packages have been opened by the intended receiver. Once the package arrives back at our warehouse, we open and inspect all items to ensure they have neither been used nor tampered with. Then we seal the skincare mystery box back up and send it to the new buyer.

No returns or complaints (about what you receive).

It's interesting to see what other people order.

It’s Come to an End

Man…the product quality has changed. I’ve been ordering since 2018 and I’m going to have to switch to a different Black owned brand. I was hopeful with the mystery box, which was facial products. The products (4D facial serum ) is watered down. This has been the 3rd back to back order where the product quality is questionable. Sucks, but I must say goodbye to Garner’s Garden :-(

Best Risk ever taken 😊

Getting a mystery box can be risky, but not with Garners! Strangely, enough it held exactly what I wanted! You truly can’t go wrong with this company. Loved everything in the box: facial wash, night serum, day serum, and toner!

Mystery box for the win!!!

I have been purchasing products from this company for at least 2 years. This was my first time being able to grab a mystery box because they sell out so fast. I snagged one, and in it was the deodorant I already use(magnesium lavender scent), face wash, and intimate wash!!!! You won't ever lose getting a mystery box because all of their products are so good.

Good Mystery Box

A couple weeks ago, I went out on a limb & ordered a #MysteryBox. Had no idea what the contents were so I was hoping I could get something useful. Needless to say, I’m definitely satisfied with what I received. I might order a bigger #MysteryBox next time
