One organic body balm stick is large enough to give a single person of average size, around 4 weeks of usage, using it every day (NET WT is actually 4.23 oz but label say 2.5 oz, TSA approved).

Choose your favorite essential oils:

• Unscented: Contains no essential oils. Those days when you want to moisturize your body, but also wear cologne or perfume. Great for children and toddlers too!
• Lavender: Pure lavender essential oil. It helps to sooth skin and is known to be antibacterial. Suggest using this at nighttime to help calm and relax your mind.
• Lemongrass: Lemongrass essential oil. Sharp lemongrass scent that will give your mind a jumpstart in the morning. It helps with athlete's foot and can assist in preventing skin infections. Great for morning usage.
• Citrus: Tangerine and grapefruit essential oils. Known to help brighten skin and to increase radiance. It has an invigorating smell of pink grapefruit and tangerine essential oils. Perfect for morning application to help heighten your senses to get the day started. 
• Ginger Clove: Ginger root, ginger grass, clove bud, and peppermint. Known to help reduce cellulite and improve skin elasticity. It can be used morning or night. It also has a warming effect when applied to the skin.

DIRECTIONS: Push the bottom of the container up to dispense more of the product. Apply anywhere on the body that needs moisture and rub in with fingers. Pat dry with a towel if needed.
