1. Before bathing, spray our Armpit Pre-Wash Spray 6 times on each underarm.
2. Wash underarms with our Organic Armpit Wash in the shower.
3. Use our Organic Body Wash to cleanse the rest of the body.
4. Rinse and pat dry.
5. Spray our Armpit Post-Wash Spray 6 times.
