Ingredients: 1-3% Food Grade H2O2, Peppermint Essential Oil, Tea Tree Essential Oil, Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil, Lemongrass Essential Oil

Using as a Mouthwash:
1. Shake vigorously before use.
2. Squirt about 1 oz into your mouth.
3. Swish and gargle for 20-30 seconds.
4. Spit and rinse with warm water.

Using with Tooth Powder (Recommended):
1. Shake mouthwash vigorously.
2. Squirt 1 oz into your mouth and add ¼ spoonful of tooth powder.
3. Swish for 10 seconds to mix.
4. Brush with your mouth closed for 1-2 minutes.
5. Spit halfway through brushing and then, focus on your tongue, gums, cheeks, and lips. Spit when complete
6. Swish and gargle with mouthwash for 20-30 seconds.
7. Spit and rinse with warm water.
