Step 1: Oxy Pulling: Use as a pre-brush rinse by swishing for 30 seconds. It breaks down plaque, kills bacteria, and jumpstarts tooth and gum protection.

Step 2: Toothpaste: Use about 1/4 of a spoonful and brush for at least 2 minutes. Spit out the toothpaste and follow up with the mouthwash.

Step 3: Mouthwash: Shake well before each use. Swish 1 oz of mouthwash for 1 minute, then focus on cleaning your tongue, gums, cheeks, and inner lips. Spit and rinse with warm water.
