Shake mouthwash vigorously prior to each use. Squirt about a mouthful (1 oz) of liquid into your mouth. At the same time, take your spoon and scoop about a ¼ spoonful of toothpowder and dump it into your mouth with the liquid. Swish for 10 seconds to mix and dissolve the particles.
