We have specially formulated our antibacterial mouthwash to not only provide long fresh breath, but also help reduce cavities, gingivitis, and gum disease. Along with the mouthwash, we also developed a tooth powder that helps remineralize and detoxify your mouth. Purchase these two products together in our special oral care package.
Combining our Antibacterial Mouthwash with our Tooth Powder will greatly enhance the benefits and effectiveness of your oral care regiment over a long period. Both products will assist in the reduction of the amount of plaque, bacteria, and other toxins that cause odor. Also, when used in conjunction with each other, these will effectively whiten your teeth, and reduce the likelihood of the formation of cavities, gum disease, and gingivitis.
There are two options for our mouthwash: Regular and Reduced Strength. Most of my customers choose the regular strength natural mouthwash, but if you have sensitive areas in your mouth and you have not yet used this natural mouthwash before, you might want to start with the reduced strength until your mouth fully adjusts. Whichever strength you pick, you will see amazing results.
Reduced strength is half the strength of the regular strength version. Garner’s Garden all-natural mouthwash is made with 3% or 1.5% Food Grade H2O2 which helps prevent multiple oral issues. Our natural mouthwash works even on sensitive teeth! It is not only antibacterial, but it is also antiviral, anti-fungal, and it whitens teeth naturally.

Do the two rinses have different jobs?
Yes. Oxy Pulling is the pre-brush rinse. Tooth Powder is the brushing product, used according to the GG directions. Natural Mouthwash belongs in the brushing and final-rinse steps. The three products are a sequence, not three versions of the same rinse.
Can each person in my household choose a different formula?
A bundle follows the formula combination shown in its selected variant. The two full-size sets in the 2 Pack Trio use the same selected combination. If people want different blends, strengths or powders, build separate combinations and check each line in the cart.
Can I combine the bottles and powder in one container?
No. Keep the stored products in their original separate containers. The brushing directions describe what you use for the current brushing step; they do not mean mixing the bottles and pouch together for storage.
How do I choose a refill schedule for my household?
For one person, the full-size Trio is approximately 30 days when used as directed. The 2 Pack contains two full-size sets. Adult powder estimates are approximately 30 days for 2 oz and 60 days for 4 oz; one 16 oz Mouthwash approximately 30 days and two bottles approximately 60 days. Shared use changes timing. Choose an available interval around what your household actually uses, rather than applying one interval to every size.
What does hydrogen peroxide do in this rinse?
Hydrogen peroxide releases oxygen as it breaks down. Its oxidizing action is the cleansing principle behind the peroxide rinse. The bottle’s directions still determine the amount, contact time and application for your selected product and strength.
Should Regular or Reduced Strength be my starting choice?
Regular is our standard everyday strength and the default starting choice in the adult rinse guide. Reduced contains less hydrogen peroxide while keeping the same strength of essential oils. Choose based on your product needs and the label; ongoing pain, sores or sensitivity deserve dental advice rather than a self-diagnosis from the quiz.
Does Reduced Strength mean weaker essential oils?
No. For the adult Regular and Reduced rinse choices, Reduced changes the peroxide concentration while keeping the same essential-oil strength. Your essential oil blend is a separate selection.
Does more bubbling mean my mouth is cleaner?
Bubbling comes from peroxide breaking down. The amount you see is not a measurement of plaque removal, tooth decay or whether a dental condition has been treated. Use the selected bottle’s directions rather than increasing the amount or rinse time to create more foam.
Does food-grade mean the rinse can be swallowed?
No. Food-grade describes the peroxide ingredient’s grade. It does not make the finished oral rinse a drink or change the instruction not to swallow. Do not substitute concentrated peroxide for the finished product.
Is the essential oil blend the same choice as peroxide strength?
No. The blend selects the essential-oil combination; Regular or Reduced selects the peroxide strength. Peppermint has the peppermint-and-tea-tree base, Lemongrass Mint adds lemongrass, and Cinnamon Mint adds cinnamon bark. Review ingredients you need to avoid before selecting a blend.
How much should I use, and how long should I rinse?
Follow the amount, timing and application instructions on the selected product’s label. Oxy Pulling, Mouthwash, travel products and children’s products should not be treated as one universal dose. If the page and your label appear to disagree, contact us with the product name, strength and a photo of the label before changing your routine.
Can I use an adult Reduced Strength rinse for my child?
Do not treat adult Reduced Strength as a children’s recommendation. Kids’ and toddler products are separate listings with their own formulas, age guidance and directions. Choose with your child’s dental professional and the selected product’s label.
Do I have to subscribe to buy this product?
No. A one-time purchase is available. If you choose a subscription, review the selected product, quantity, price and delivery interval before adding it to your cart. Comparing options in the guide does not enroll you.

I have been using this product since 2018 and rave over it! I’ve tried all versions, sizes and even seen the evolution of the bottling. This product has removed all of the darkness in my gums in which I suffered from almost black gums since my early twenties. Switched from regular toothpaste a few months ago and haven't looked back. Love that the spoons can be composted and that we're able to switch the tops to the mouthwash. Only took off 1 star because, the mouth is a bit strong for me and I'm using the normal wash.
I put a 3 for taste not because it's horrible but I mean it's powder lol. Doesn't taste like anything and that's fine. As long it cleans my mouth and whitens my teeth.

I’ve been using this kit for weeks now. Make my mouth feel fresh and clean all day!!!!! Using regular tooth paste makes my teeth feel weird and the regular mouthwash burns my mouth, but this stuff right here!!!!! Feels amazing!!!! I highly recommend!!!!!

Great product, my 1st time using chlorophyll and i give it a 9/10 , I still love charcoal the most.
