Shipping & Processing

All of our products are made from scratch, so please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. While we often ship sooner, this is not guaranteed. This processing time applies to all orders, regardless of the shipping speed selected at checkout. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. We ship to U.S. and international addresses via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged, Lost, Incorrect, or Stolen Packages

Incorrect Address Policy

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout, including ensuring that any saved addresses in platforms like PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay are up to date. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you request a refund instead, only the product cost will be refunded — shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged: 1. Take clear photos of the damaged products, the shipping box, and all packing materials. 2. Email the photos and your order number to us immediately. If only a small amount of product has spilled, we will issue a store credit or replacement for the amount lost.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Email us with your order
  2. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf.
  3. You will receive a link to verify the loss — this must be completed before a replacement can be sent.

 

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, email (contact@garnersgarden.com) within 14 days of delivery with photos of:

  1. The shipping label (front and back)
  2. The box (top and bottom)
  3. All packing materials
  4. All products received

Do not discard the shipping box or materials until you confirm your order is correct and undamaged.

 

Address Changes & Signature Confirmation

Address Changes After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, you must contact the courier directly using your tracking number to request an address change. We cannot update addresses for packages in transit. Signature Confirmation: If you would like a signature required for delivery, add a note at checkout. There is an additional fee (minimum $2.35), invoiced separately. Your order will not ship until this fee is paid.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product: - Notify us within 14 days of delivery. - Provide photos of the shipping label (front and back), packing slip, and incorrect product. - We will send a prepaid return label. The incorrect item must be returned before we ship the correct replacement. - No exceptions will be made.

 

Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us after shipment, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping it to your correct address.

 

General Returns

Because our products are handmade, refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed. If you experience an issue with your order:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss a possible resolution.

  2. If a return or exchange is approved:

    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including tracking.

    • If your order included free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

    • Original payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

 

Allergy Disclaimer

Review all ingredients before purchasing. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

 

Terms of Service

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, change products or prices without notice, and cancel orders that appear fraudulent or for any other reason. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our services or products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garner’s Garden, LLC from claims arising from your breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland.

 

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information you provide during checkout, such as your name, address, and email address. We also receive your IP address when you browse our site. If you opt in, we may send you marketing emails about our store, new products, and updates. By providing your information, you consent to its use for order fulfillment and, if applicable, marketing. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring marketing and transactional SMS/MMS messages from Garner’s Garden.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message/data rates may apply.
