1. Wet your body with warm water.
2. Apply body wash to your hand or loofah, then scrub your body, focusing on key areas.
3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
4. Apply a small amount of intimate wash to your hand, cleanse the intimate area, and rinse well.
5. Spray the intimate area from a few inches away, either before dressing or as needed during the day.
6. Use 3 sprays of our Magnesium Deodorant and flap your arms. Wait 30 seconds and if needed, spray another 3 sprays for a total of 6 sprays per arm.
