I dont really care for the taste; however, it gets the job done in terms of hygiene for your mouth. Using it before bedtime is much more effective in the morning than commercial toothpastes.

I've tried mother of pearl and this one - along with the original charcoal tooth powder. Both the mother of pearl and this work very well. The charcoal is more stronger in its absorption and I would use that one for really bad oral situations. If you've never used an effective natural cleaning product and are coming from the typical tubed toothpaste, you willhave to get used to the feeling and the taste. Bit once you fo, the results are well worth it
