This product changed my life! I started having hot flashes and was MISERABLE. No sleep, because they would wake me up. Even with the ceiling fan on!
Found this miracle online, was so excited to see it was locally produced btw. Sprayed at the base of my neck before bed and slept like a log. Sprayed again before I left for work and no flashes all day. A little literally goes a long way.

Our formula is designed to activate the skin’s TRPM8 cold receptors using natural compounds like menthol (from peppermint) and 1,8-cineole (from eucalyptus). These compounds send signals to the brain that mimic the sensation of cold—even without a change in body temperature. Additionally, witch hazel acts as a natural astringent to tighten pores and reduce surface-level heat, while aloe vera enhances evaporative cooling by creating a moisture barrier on the skin.
To experience the full effect, we recommend spraying on pulse points such as the back of the neck, inner wrists, chest, or even behind the knees. For an added boost, storing the spray in the refrigerator can significantly intensify the cooling sensation.
That said, we understand that every body’s response to natural ingredients can vary, especially during hormonal fluctuations.
