This product changed my life! I started having hot flashes and was MISERABLE. No sleep, because they would wake me up. Even with the ceiling fan on!
Found this miracle online, was so excited to see it was locally produced btw. Sprayed at the base of my neck before bed and slept like a log. Sprayed again before I left for work and no flashes all day. A little literally goes a long way.

Our formula is designed to activate the skin’s TRPM8 cold receptors using natural compounds like menthol (from peppermint) and 1,8-cineole (from eucalyptus). These compounds send signals to the brain that mimic the sensation of cold—even without a change in body temperature. Additionally, witch hazel acts as a natural astringent to tighten pores and reduce surface-level heat, while aloe vera enhances evaporative cooling by creating a moisture barrier on the skin.
To experience the full effect, we recommend spraying on pulse points such as the back of the neck, inner wrists, chest, or even behind the knees. For an added boost, storing the spray in the refrigerator can significantly intensify the cooling sensation.

I bought this initially for its intended purpose, but my hot flashes have diminished over the past year -- so I had some of the product left over and have repurposed it as a remedy for tension headaches. The cooling effect works really well for that, and the product has a very pleasant scent. When I have a headache, I cannot tolerate certain scents. Not only am I able to tolerate the scent of this -- the scent (along with the cooling effect of the ingredients) actually helps to mitigate the pain. No pain relievers required! I will be keeping this on hand.

I've suffered from anxiety-related hot flashes for a few years, mostly at the back of my neck. I used to use a product from a Korean company that had an extremely good cooling effect (with peach and mojito scents) to keep the burning sensation in check but they stopped producing it.
So I was really thankful that I stumbled upon GG and found their Cool Down spray! I bought two bottles when they were still on Etsy and I'm waiting for four more that I bought from this website; I'm so happy that they're doing really well!
One comment would be if they could sell these in bigger bottles or offer refill packs for them? I'm more than willing to pay for more in a bottle or have the option to store some and not have to buy so many bottles that I'd end up throwing away. Just a food for thought!

My mom has the worst hot flashes. They come out of no where and I was trying to find something that helped. I bought 2 bottles for her as Mother’s Day gifts because the reviews were really good. I’m a post-menopausal woman who takes Tamoxifen after a breast cancer scare. The drug is known to have a side effect of hot flashes and night sweats. I get both. I really wanted to love this spray. It DOES have an instant cooling affect on the skin but there’s a heavy menthol scent in the mix. It reminds me a little bit of Ben-Gay. I’m thrilled if people find it helpful. I just struggle with the smell.

Ordered this hot flash cooling mist after suffering with hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms for 6+ months. This works better than other mists I've tried and although it can't stop the inferno, the cool mix of peppermint & eucalyptus essential oils on the neck and wrists helps to cool you down a twinge faster than waiting it out. Smells fantastic, non-greasy, and it works!

It helped some with hot flash
