Refunds and Exchange Policy:
If your order is shipped and the package is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost required to re-send the package to buyer’s chosen address.
If you have any problems with the products, please notify us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds or exchanges for products are not guaranteed because all products are handmade and product descriptions are given to customers prior to purchase. Anytime after 14 days from purchase, refunds or exchanges will not be permitted. If a refund or exchange is granted, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs – which includes sending original product back to Garner’s Garden (must include tracking information).
Update: 26 April 2018 - In cases of a refund being issued, the buyer will be refunded the total cost of the product sold, minus the shipping cost once the original product is received by Garner's Garden. The original shipping cost cannot be refunded because the cost to ship was paid to the postal carrier in the original transaction. Garner's Garden neither retains nor profits from the shipping cost charged by shipping carriers.
