REFUND POLICY

14 Day Guarantee

We are positive that you'll love each of our products! However, for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just return the product/s within 14 days and we will issue a full refund of the product cost. Anytime after 14 days, neither refunds nor exchanges will not be permitted.

The buyer is responsible for shipping back the package to Garner's Garden (must include tracking information). Please email, contact@garnersgarden.com prior to sending the package back to us so that we can assist you.

Exchanges

Return To Sender

If the package was returned to the sender due to an error on our end, we are more than willing to send out a replacement package or issue a refund via store credit.

In cases where the package is returned to the sender, due to incorrect shipping information or customer error, the buyer will need to shoulder the shipping cost for a replacement package.

Lost/Stolen/Marked Delivered/Missing

In the event that the package is delivered but is lost/stolen/not received, kindly file a claim and notify us via email once done. Cash refunds won't be given for cases such as these. A decision will be made if a store credit will be issued.
