Garner’s garden has yet to let me down! Along with armpit care trio this natural deodorant does the trick!
I purchased four magnesium deodorant sprays. My experience with this product was the worst! The burning sensation to my axillae (armpits) were awful! To cool the burn, I had to immediately wash my armpits via showering. I had attempted to wash the deodorant away at the sink; however, it didn’t work. I had to allow cool water from my shower head to run under my arms for a few minutes before some relief was felt. Eventually, the burning sensation subsided. I figured I was sensitive to the product, so I asked my husband to try it. His experience was the same as mine.
I had failed to take notice of Garner’s Garden return policy. Please note you are given 14 days to return products, no exceptions. I was outside of the company’s return deadline when I requested a refund for the items. However, the warehouse manager gave me the option to return the items for examination and to see if the owner would consider refunding the payment. After returning the items, Garner’s Garden did not refund my payment. I am sure a refund was never considered.
Returning the defective items to Garner’s Garden via USPS priority mail cost $11.45. When I purchased the items, I paid $8.31 to have the items shipped to me. The products cost $39.96 for 4 bottles. Therefore, I wasted $59.72. This isn’t a significant amount; however, it’s money that could have been used for a useful purchase. I had hoped Garner’s Garden would have sincerely considered the refund due to my loyalty as a customer for the last 3…
