Product Directions

For Oral Care Trio with Tooth Powder:
Step 1: Oxy Pulling was designed to perform the functions as a pre-brush oral rinse. Swishing (what we call "Oxy Pulling") around 30 seconds before brushing breaks down and removes plaque, kills bacteria and other germs, and instantly jumpstarts tooth and gum protection!

Shake mouthwash vigorously prior to each use. Squirt about a mouthful (1 oz) of liquid into your mouth. At the same time, take your spoon and scoop about a ¼ spoonful of toothpowder and dump it into your mouth with the liquid. Swish for 10 seconds to mix and dissolve the particles. Brush with your mouth closed for approximately 1 - 2 mins. Spit out liquid around the 1 min mark and start to focus on cleaning your tongue and lightly cleaning your gums, cheeks, and inner lips. Spit and rinse with warm water.

For Oral Care Trio with Toothpaste:
Step 1: Oxy Pulling was designed to perform the functions as a pre-brush oral rinse. Swishing (what we call "Oxy Pulling") around 30 seconds before brushing breaks down and removes plaque, kills bacteria and other germs, and instantly jumpstarts tooth and gum protection!

Step 2: Toothpaste: Use approximately 1/4 of a spoonful (the more the better) and brush for at least 2 mins. Spit out toothpaste and follow up with the mouthwash.

Step 3: Mouthwash: Shake mouthwash vigorously prior to each use. Squirt about a mouthful (1 oz) of liquid into your mouth. Spit out liquid around the 1 min mark and start to focus on cleaning your tongue and lightly cleaning your gums, cheeks, and inner lips. Spit and rinse with warm water.

    It WORKS!!

    I finally found something that works!! I have suffered with halitosis most of my life. Cheese is the biggest culprit in my case and I’m a cheese lover. Anyway, I’ve read about oil pulling, but never tried it. And initially I didn’t buy their oil pulling product and only used the charcoal tooth powder and mouthwash. But, after reading more info on oil pulling, I was convinced I should add it to my oral hygiene regimen and I did. It took everything up a notch. I feel confident when talking to people and not having to pop a mint. Yes, Garner’s Gardner has been a game changer for me!
