The spray works by killing bacteria that have been forming for hours, but bacteria on the tongue and other areas between brushings can still cause bad breath. If these areas aren’t thoroughly cleaned, simply using a freshener won’t eliminate all odors.
While our Breath Spray helps by killing some bacteria, maintaining optimal oral hygiene requires regular brushing of your teeth, tongue, and gums. For best results, we recommend using our Oral Care Trio at least twice a day, with the Breath Spray as a supplementary refresher between brushings.
