Shake mouthwash vigorously prior to each use. Squirt about a mouthful (1 oz) of liquid into your mouth. At the same time, take your spoon and scoop about a ¼ spoonful of toothpowder and dump it into your mouth with the liquid. Swish for 10 seconds to mix and dissolve the particles. Brush with your mouth closed for approximately 1 - 2 mins. Spit out liquid around the 1 min mark and start to focus on cleaning your tongue and lightly cleaning your gums, cheeks, and inner lips. Spit and rinse with warm water.

For Oral Care Trio with Toothpaste:
