When I first received the soap I could smell the soap through the package and it smelled good but had a slight mildewy smell to it and I assumed it was just the scent combination of the cinnamon and oats? I've been using the soap for about 3 weeks and for some reason it's breaking my skin out like crazy. My skin is normal and I never break out like this, it's as if the soap is making my skin oily which is weird. I would have tried to get a 14-day refund, but I wanted to let my skin adjust to the soap first. Now, i'll just have to throw it out. I've attached pictures of my skin currently and before using the soap. I may just need to visit a local African store to get some African black soap to clear up my skin.

Soap and water, by nature, can strip the skin of its natural oils. To combat this, we recommend moisturizing your skin before bathing with our Eczema Be Gone product. This will help create a protective barrier.
After bathing, deep condition your skin with one of our body butters that contain beeswax to lock in moisture for longer periods.
Hard water can also contribute to dry skin. Consider getting your water evaluated and possibly installing a water softening system to improve your bathing experience.
