Shake the bottle before every use and GENEROUSLY spray the natural insect repellent on the surface of your skin and allow it to dry. You should be able to smell the essential oils immediately. When you can no longer smell the essential oils on your skin/clothes, reapply this natural body bug repellent in order to keep repelling the bugs.
