I bought this initially for its intended purpose, but my hot flashes have diminished over the past year -- so I had some of the product left over and have repurposed it as a remedy for tension headaches. The cooling effect works really well for that, and the product has a very pleasant scent. When I have a headache, I cannot tolerate certain scents. Not only am I able to tolerate the scent of this -- the scent (along with the cooling effect of the ingredients) actually helps to mitigate the pain. No pain relievers required! I will be keeping this on hand.

I've suffered from anxiety-related hot flashes for a few years, mostly at the back of my neck. I used to use a product from a Korean company that had an extremely good cooling effect (with peach and mojito scents) to keep the burning sensation in check but they stopped producing it.

So I was really thankful that I stumbled upon GG and found their Cool Down spray! I bought two bottles when they were still on Etsy and I'm waiting for four more that I bought from this website; I'm so happy that they're doing really well!

One comment would be if they could sell these in bigger bottles or offer refill packs for them? I'm more than willing to pay for more in a bottle or have the option to store some and not have to buy so many bottles that I'd end up throwing away. Just a food for thought!

This stuff work. I saying no matter if you have flashes or just super hot. Spray it in you neck you feel the coolest. This is a must buy. Summer coming!!!!. Thank you for making this stuff. I place another order. I stock up.

My mom has the worst hot flashes. They come out of no where and I was trying to find something that helped. I bought 2 bottles for her as Mother’s Day gifts because the reviews were really good. She experienced 2 of them yesterday and immediately sprayed this on. I was so happy that it worked for her. She seemed so relieved and it put a huge smile on my face.
