Our formula is designed to activate the skin’s TRPM8 cold receptors using natural compounds like menthol (from peppermint) and 1,8-cineole (from eucalyptus). These compounds send signals to the brain that mimic the sensation of cold—even without a change in body temperature. Additionally, witch hazel acts as a natural astringent to tighten pores and reduce surface-level heat, while aloe vera enhances evaporative cooling by creating a moisture barrier on the skin. To experience the full effect, we recommend spraying on pulse points such as the back of the neck, inner wrists, chest, or even behind the knees. For an added boost, storing the spray in the refrigerator can significantly intensify the cooling sensation. That said, we understand that every body’s response to natural ingredients can vary, especially during hormonal fluctuations.
