Product FAQsChoosing, using, supply & refills
Is Mouthwash the same thing as Oxy Pulling?
No. Natural Mouthwash belongs in the GG brushing step and final rinse. Oxy Pulling is the separate pre-brush product containing activated charcoal. The two products have different places in the routine; buying two Mouthwash bottles does not give you the two different rinse formulas.
Is one bottle a 30-day supply or a 60-day supply?
For one person using the full-size product as directed, one 16 oz Mouthwash is approximately 30 days. The double pack of two 16 oz bottles is approximately 60 days. Those estimates do not apply to the 2 oz or 4 oz travel bottles.
Which subscription interval fits a single or double pack?
For one person, compare an available interval near 30 days for one full-size 16 oz bottle or 60 days for the two-bottle pack. If more than one person shares it, or your use differs, adjust around your actual consumption. Review the selected quantity and interval before confirming a subscription.
Can I order different blends in the two-bottle pack?
The double pack follows the combination shown in the selected variant. Do not assume it contains two different blends or strengths. For different combinations, order the individual selections you want and review the cart before checkout.
What does hydrogen peroxide do in this rinse?
Hydrogen peroxide releases oxygen as it breaks down. Its oxidizing action is the cleansing principle behind the peroxide rinse. The bottle’s directions still determine the amount, contact time and application for your selected product and strength.
Should Regular or Reduced Strength be my starting choice?
Regular is our standard everyday strength and the default starting choice in the adult rinse guide. Reduced contains less hydrogen peroxide while keeping the same strength of essential oils. Choose based on your product needs and the label; ongoing pain, sores or sensitivity deserve dental advice rather than a self-diagnosis from the quiz.
Does Reduced Strength mean weaker essential oils?
No. For the adult Regular and Reduced rinse choices, Reduced changes the peroxide concentration while keeping the same essential-oil strength. Your essential oil blend is a separate selection.
Does more bubbling mean my mouth is cleaner?
Bubbling comes from peroxide breaking down. The amount you see is not a measurement of plaque removal, tooth decay or whether a dental condition has been treated. Use the selected bottle’s directions rather than increasing the amount or rinse time to create more foam.
Does food-grade mean the rinse can be swallowed?
No. Food-grade describes the peroxide ingredient’s grade. It does not make the finished oral rinse a drink or change the instruction not to swallow. Do not substitute concentrated peroxide for the finished product.
Is the essential oil blend the same choice as peroxide strength?
No. The blend selects the essential-oil combination; Regular or Reduced selects the peroxide strength. Peppermint has the peppermint-and-tea-tree base, Lemongrass Mint adds lemongrass, and Cinnamon Mint adds cinnamon bark. Review ingredients you need to avoid before selecting a blend.
How much should I use, and how long should I rinse?
Follow the amount, timing and application instructions on the selected product’s label. Oxy Pulling, Mouthwash, travel products and children’s products should not be treated as one universal dose. If the page and your label appear to disagree, contact us with the product name, strength and a photo of the label before changing your routine.
Can I use an adult Reduced Strength rinse for my child?
Do not treat adult Reduced Strength as a children’s recommendation. Kids’ and toddler products are separate listings with their own formulas, age guidance and directions. Choose with your child’s dental professional and the selected product’s label.
Do I have to subscribe to buy this product?
No. A one-time purchase is available. If you choose a subscription, review the selected product, quantity, price and delivery interval before adding it to your cart. Comparing options in the guide does not enroll you.
What if I still have product left before my next delivery?
Use your subscription account to review the next order and the available skip, reschedule or edit controls before the next charge. Adjust based on the amount you actually use and whether the product is shared. A supply estimate is a starting point, not a fixed refill deadline.
Can I change my formula or size after using the guide?
Yes. Go back through the guide or use the purchase selector to choose another available combination. Confirm the final product, size, quantity and purchase type in the cart before checkout.

I’ve been using the Natural Mouthwash for two years and it was THE BEST until my most recent order arrived. I should have known something was off when I opened the box and the bottles were different. I’m so disappointed with this product now! It is totally watered down. Gone is the fizz you get when you swish it around your mouth. It literally tastes like water with a tiny bit of peppermint. I was proud to support Black business and it was such a great product but now it is literally mint flavored water in a flimsy plastic bottle. I swear we can’t have nothing nice. Ya’ll won’t be getting my money EVER again. Do better.

I ordered 2 bottles of the peppermint mouthwash, but unfortunately I wasn't able to use them because the seals were broken and dissolving inside of the bottle and the cap. I contacted customer service and replacement bottles were sent but these bottles had the same issue. They need to invest in better seals because now I'm out of my money and I had to spend more money elsewhere for mouthwash.

When I first saw this product I knew I wanted to try it. I finally bought it and it has been the best product I’ve ever had. I’m not going back to my regular tooth past and mouth wash. The product is good and I've been using it for about 3 months now and never had an issue with packaging until this order. It came with it spilled all over the bottles due to the caps not being on tightly enough so my mail and apartment reeked of peppering for days and Iike the first caps with the lift up spout better as well.

The regular strength is too strong and the formula is not the same as it used to be when I originally started buying this product. It doesn't foam the way I liked in the past and the cinnamon flavor is over powdered by the other ingredients. However, it still satisfies my oral hygiene needs and I will probably buy the milder formula next time. I still have faith!

Regarding the formulation, it is still the same. We are constantly doing trials of all our products a couple times per month to ensure that the consistency remains the same.
If it's too strong for you, we highly suggest that you go for our Reduced strength variants for the rinses, and the organic tooth powder.

The natural mouthwash is a must for anyone experiencing any mild oral hygiene symptoms like bad breath, gum pain, bleeding gums, etc. This product was successful in removing hard plaque buildup within the first week of my use!
