Oxy Pulling was designed to perform the functions as a pre-brush oral rinse. Swishing (what we call "Oxy Pulling") around 30 seconds before brushing breaks down and removes plaque, kills bacteria and other germs, and instantly jumpstarts tooth and gum protection!
Shake mouthwash vigorously prior to each use. Squirt about a mouthful (1 oz) of liquid into your mouth. Swish around in mouth and gargle for approximately 20-30 secs. Spit and rinse with warm water.
