There are two options for the oral rinses: Regular and sensitive strength. Most customers choose the regular strengths, but if you have sensitive areas in your mouth and you have not yet used this natural mouthwash before, you might want to start out with the reduced strength until your mouth recovers. Whichever strength you pick, you will see amazing results.
All oral products are fluoride free and completely free from sweeteners (natural or synthetic), dyes, and flavorings. Products are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.
Step 1: Oxy Pulling
Oxy pulling was designed to perform the functions as a pre-brush oral rinse. By swishing around (what we call, "Oxy Pulling") the liquid in your mouth prior to brushing, will assist in the breakdown and removal of plaque, the killing of bacteria and other germs, while jumpstarting the tooth and gum protection - this all takes a mere 30 seconds to complete before you brush.
The following are the key ingredients that are used to make Oxy Pulling the most effective pre-brush oral rinse on the market:
1% or 2% Food Grade H2O2: Helps by inhibiting the reproduction of bacteria and also kills fungal spores. Another benefit is the ability to remove and repel plaque from the surface of the teeth for prolonged periods of time.
Activated Charcoal: Assists with the whitening of teeth and it also traps and removes toxins that are present in the mouth.
Peppermint Essential Oil: Antiseptic, helps with pain, and highly effective at preventing bad breath.
Tea Tree Essential Oil: Contains terpinen which is responsible for giving this oil its healing properties. Tea tree is known to kill fungus and bacteria.
Step 2: Mouthwash combined with Tooth Powder

Along with the mouthwash, Garner's Garden has developed a remineralizing tooth powder that fights against bad breath and helps remineralize and detoxify your mouth.

Peppermint Essential Oil: combats bad breath, helps reduce oral pain and has antiviral, antimicrobial, and antioxidant properties that may help reduce any potential infection.
Tea Tree Essential Oil: kills the bacterium associated with halitosis and highly effective in treating gingivitis/gum disease.
Cinnamon Essential Oil: has the greatest antimicrobial potency against streptococcus mutans, the bacteria responsible for tooth decay, and lactobacillus plantarum, one of the bacteria responsible in gum disease.

Activated Charcoal: To make it simple, activated charcoal pulls toxins from the mouth and removes stains. It is also helpful in changing the pH and health of your mouth and assists in preventing cavities and adsorbing the bad bacteria present that causes tooth decay and gingivitis. The reason why it helps whiten teeth over a period of time is that “[Activated charcoal] is shown to be attracted to a group of compounds known as tannins.
