Peppermint: Focuses on persistent bad breath, offering menthol-powered antimicrobial and antiviral protection while cooling and soothing mouth tissues.
Tea Tree: Focuses on gum disease and plaque, leveraging terpinen to destroy bacteria, viruses, and fungi while treating gingivitis.
Lemongrass: Focuses on gum inflammation and irritation, reducing tissue swelling while providing a gentle, effective bacterial clean.
Cinnamon: Focuses on cavity and decay prevention, delivering high-potency antimicrobial action against decay-causing bacteria like Streptococcus mutans. (Recommended for seasoned users).

Tooth Powder Selection

Choose your formula based on your primary structural goal:

Chlorophyll & Mineral: Best for Odor Neutralization & Gum Soothing. Uses Chlorella to neutralize mouth odors, lower acidity, gently whiten, and calm inflamed gums.
Mother of Pearl: Best for Enamel Repair & Whitening. Uses natural pearl powder high in calcium to remineralize enamel, reduce plaque, and polish teeth.
Advanced Organic (Green Pouch): Best for Deep Antibacterial Detox. Combines Bentonite, Charcoal, Kaolin Clay, Organic Neem, and Organic Peppermint to clean deep below the gumline and calm irritation.
Regular Mineral Boost (Blue Pouch): Best for Tough Stain Removal. Blends Bentonite, Kaolin Clay, Aluminum-Free Baking Soda, and Activated Charcoal to lift coffee, tea, wine, and smoke stains.

How to Use the System

Step 1: Swish Oxy Pulling for 20 seconds before brushing to wash away surface bacteria and toxins, then spit out.
Step 2 (Brushing): Place 1/4 spoonful of Tooth Powder directly into your mouth along with a 1/4 oz squirt of Natural Mouthwash. Brush thoroughly with your lips closed. Rinse with lukewarm water.
Step 3 (Post-Rinse & Floss): Swish again with 1/4 oz of Natural Mouthwash to freshen breath and remove any remaining particles. Follow with a water flosser and dental floss

Step 1: Oxy Pulling was designed to perform the functions as a pre-brush oral rinse. Swishing (what we call "Oxy Pulling") around 30 seconds before brushing breaks down and removes plaque, kills bacteria and other germs, and instantly jumpstarts tooth and gum protection!

Step 2: Toothpaste: Use approximately 1/4 of a spoonful (the more the better) and brush for at least 2 mins. Spit out toothpaste and follow up with the mouthwash.

OR

Step 2: Mouthwash combined with Tooth Powder: Combine mouthwash with TP in mouth, swish, and then brush for 1-2 minutes. Be sure to brush your tongue and gums. Spit and rinse with warm water.

Step 3: Mouthwash: Shake mouthwash vigorously prior to each use. Squirt about a mouthful (1 oz) of liquid into your mouth. Spit out liquid around the 1 min mark and start to focus on cleaning your tongue and lightly cleaning your gums, cheeks, and inner lips. Spit and rinse with warm water.

Cinnamon Essential Oil (optional): contains the greatest antimicrobial potency against streptococcus mutans, the bacteria responsible for tooth decay, and lactobacillus plantarum, the main bacteria responsible for gum disease.

Benefits of Ingredients used in Toothpaste::

Peppermint Powder is one of the vital ingredients in our Toothpaste. According to research, its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties will help suppress the growth of bacteria in the mouth, prevent infections from developing, and remove plaque accumulation. It is exceptionally powerful for fighting oral pathogens and killing common bacteria that causes cavities and gum disease. Plus its cooling effect will also aid in soothing tooth and muscle aches.

Cinnamon Powder on the other hand will help fight bad breath and prevent periodontal disease. This will also inhibit the growth of bacteria in the mouth that causes plaque, gingivitis, and tooth decay. This will also help remove tartar buildup!

Bentonite Clay: scientifically proven to produce an effective charge when hydrated, making it effective at both absorbing and removing bad bacteria, toxins, and harmful chemicals.

Kaolin Clay: high in calcium, silica, zinc, and magnesium, strengthening, whitening, and polishing your teeth; especially effective for those with sensitive teeth

Activated Charcoal: To make it simple, activated charcoal pulls toxins from the mouth and removes stains. It is also helpful in changing the pH and health of your mouth and assists in preventing cavities and adsorbing the bad bacteria present that causes tooth decay and gingivitis. The reason why it helps whiten teeth over a period of time is that "[Activated charcoal] is shown to be attracted to a group of compounds known as tannins. Tannins can be found in common stain-inducing items.

My mouth is thankful

I am truly thankful to be able to return back to Garner’s Garden products, especially when it pertains to the oral health department I definitely have been filling and noticing the difference compared to using the mouthwashes that are sold in stores where it’s actually causing damage to our mouths, gums, teeth, tongue, and overall oral hygiene.

This is by far better than any product you can purchase at your local store. I just wish this last bundle had the spout on the top like my last one. But I wouldn’t trade this for anything! The fresh feeling lasts OVERNIGHT!

Necessity

my mouth does not feel clean unless I utilize this.

i tried to go back to traditional natural brands to budget and it was like now that my mouth knew what clean was, using regular stuff made me feel like my mouth was dirty an hour after brushing.

I would also like to add that the creator of this product accidentally called me when attempting to call another customer to follow up with their concern.

I absolutely highly recommend this brand and it’s products indefinitely.

The Bestest!

So I told myself that in 2020 I would start shopping local and black owned. Garner's Garden checked both boxes and now my life is forever changed. I purchased the Jumbo Sized Trio after pur chasing the regular size. So let me tell you, this is one of the best products I've purchased to date! When I tell you my mouth haven't felt this clean since forever. I was an Arm & Hammer for like customer until now. Although it is a different way of brushing your teeth (which I absolutely love) the peppermint oil used is no joke. It keeps your breath fresh for hours but be careful, it is strong! I recommend starting with the sensitive version. Although my boys don't like the process of brushing with a tooth powder they love the mouthwash. This will be my forever product. Can't wait to see what my dentist has to say during my next checkup!

I wish I had found these products sooner, my mouth has never felt so clean! I ordered the sensitive version bc it was my first time using this system and wasn't sure how I'd respond to the regular strength. It's nice to have products where you can understand the ingredients.
